Workplace violence is never welcome, especially as the workplace is a place where we wouldn’t normally associate with violence. But every now and then, a violent situation breaks out. In such situations, it’s been to be prepared to diffuse the situations in a safe manner. One of the best ways to be prepared in the event of workplace violence is to make sure you and your employees are trained to handle violent situations.
Often times the violence that does break out in a workplace doesn’t involve any of the employees, but a third party such as a customer, client, or student.
